Hooker Lake

Hooker Lake at Aoraki Mt Cook National Park. It is a proglacial lake that started to form in the late 1970s by the recent retreat of the Hooker Glacier which can be seen in the distance under the imposing Mt Cook.
 
This 114x76cm image has been printed on 450gsm archival American canvas  using Canon pigment inks​;  then laminated  and  stretched over a 40mm hardwood frame before dropping into a sleek floating  frame in a choice of three colours.
