If you are not happy with the quality of your photography or artwork upon receipt we are happy to arrange for it to be returned as long as the returned product is repackaged by you and both the packaging and product are in the same undamaged condition as it was when delivered to you.  We will then arrange a refund less the cost of the returning courier. DAMAGED GOODS
If your photography or art is received by you in a damaged condition (caused during transit) we will arrange for a replacement product.  Please send me an email with images of the damage to the packaging and to the photography/artwork and we will arrange replacement product at no cost to you.
